Creativity is part of my very being. Being able to explore ideas that are in my mind and then bringing it to a completed work is so exciting. It is not without challenges but a supportive family continues to push me forward. Very early as a young adult I took a few classes including watercolor. The interaction of the paint and water was amazing. Life kept me busy and painting was put on the back burner but I promised myself that when I could I would again paint. A few years ago after leaving the workplace and recovering from cancer, I found a renewed sense of beauty around me and the time to explore painting again.
Each day I am so blessed to be able to enjoy with my eyes, mind, and hands the ability to create. I hope that in my art you too will see the wonders of the world God created and the blessing of each day we have to explore life.
