Are you ready to develop your skills in this polymer clay sculpture class?
Participants will create a lizard from polymer clay. This involves learning the anatomy of this animal, planning its posture with an armature, and learning about surface techniques with color, texture, and pattern. It also involves using imagination and having fun you create your unique lizard.
Day 1- Review anatomy. Build and cover the armature as you position the lizard. Make simple clay canes. Each lizard will then be cured in an oven.
Day 2- Create surface treatment. Incorporate canes and textures, color, etc. for the lizard. Cure and finish the piece. Friday, March 10, Saturday, March 11
